I guarantee it will not be DOA. There is a biomed label dated 10/2013 indicating this unit was being used recently. Comes with the Stryker Flocontrol console, remote control and power cord. Properly passes the internal "device check" at startup. Super simple to operate and I was easily able to test function. For use with arthroscopic shaver systems and also set up for the Sidne voice activation system. The tamper seal is intact on the case indicationg the case has not been open. It runs quiet and strong.
