I have a total of 3 of them if you need quantity. All connecting wires and tubing are present to include the strapping system on the bottom to secure the mattress to the bed. The Stryker XPRT combines rotation, percussion/vibration, low air-loss and pressure relief for advanced pulmonary therapy and ulcer prevention. The touch screen interface is simple to operate which helps provide fast delivery of care for critically ill patients. I have posted several pictures of the control screen showing the different modes which include- Rotation- Stryker’s innovative low air loss, automatic rotation control turns patients without staff assist, reducing physical strain or injury. Customized rotation therapy may also help prevent or treat pressure ulcers and circulatory problems due to immobility. Percussion Stryker’s advanced percussion control features offer adjustable beats per second, intensity and duration. These features are available while rotation is being utilized. Vibration Available during patient rotation, Stryker’s vibration control provides adjustable intensity and duration. Stryker’s intuitive touch screen interface- provides simple yet advanced functionality including therapy history tracking, multi-lingual capabilities and programmable defaults. I fully tested all functions and it is working perfectly. Everything is in great usable condition with some sign of normal wear. The top cover on the mattress is faded with some discoloration but still usable without rips or tears. Styker does sell replacement zip on covers but they are pricey so you will probably want to just use this one. The touch screen is clear and easy to read. All the touch screen controls are working properly. I was suprised how easy this unit was to familiarize myself to understand and use. The pump module is super quiet and almost completely silent. It pumps fast and strong. The percussion, vibration, rotation and turn features are all working. I unzipped the cover to inspect the internal air bladders and foam. Everything is present and in good condition. Awesome unit and easily the nicest mattress system listed on ebay.
