THAT PICTURE IS OF ACTUAL ROLL WE MADE IN ONE OF THESE PANS.  MAKES FULL-SIZE SUB ROLLS 12" X 3"+ EASY OUT MATERIAL MAKES BAKING A SNAP. 4 ROLL SIZE MEASURES 18 X 13 (HALF PAN SIZE) FITS REGULAR SIZE OVEN COOKIE SHEET (SEE PICTURE) MAKES 4 PERFECT SUB ROLLS FOR YOUR SANDWICHES MAKE YUMMY SUBWAY STYLE SANDWICHES AT HOME WITH EASE USING PRE-MADE FROZEN DOUGH AVAILABLE FROM YOUR LOCAL GROCER. I INCLUDED A PICTURE OF THE ROLLS I MADE FROM ONE PACKAGE OF FOOD CLUB FROZEN BREAD DOUGH. I SIMPLY THAWED THE DOUGH IN THE FRIDGE FOR SEVERAL HOURS, DIVIDED EACH OF THE 2 LOAVES IN HALF LONG-WAYS WITH A KNIFE AND ROLLED IT ON THE TABLE TO 12 INCHES LONG.  THEN PLACED THE 4 PIECES INTO EACH OF THE FORMS ON THIS PAN.  PLACED IN UNLIT OVEN FOR 1-1/2 HOURS THEN BAKED AT 350 DEG F. FOR 30 MINUTES.  YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS IN MY PHOTOS. I PLACED A CUP OF WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF MY OVEN JUST BEFORE PUTTING THE PAN IN TO GIVE THE CRUST A NICE FINISH.  (IT MAKES THE OUTER LAYER OF DOUGH CARMELIZE TO PRODUCE A TOUGH OUTER CRUNCH).  YOU CAN ALSO PUT THE WATER IN A PAN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN IF NECESSARY.  SO EASY AND THE FORM JUST FOLDS UP TO STORE IN YOUR DRAWER FOR NEXT BATCH.  BUY ONE OR MORE.  WE COMBINE SHIPPING. HERE'S AN ALTERNATIVE RECIPE FOR DOUGH FROM SCRATCH IF YOU PREFER: SUB ROLL RECIPE (FROM SCRATCH)(BY WEIGHT - YOU NEED A SCALE) 2.5 LBS (40 OZ)  ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1.65 LB (26.5 OZ) WATER (WARM BUT NOT HOT) .75 OZ SALT .2 OZ DRY YEAST BLEND THE INGREDIENTS IN A MIXER BOWL WITH DOUGH HOOK BLEND (KNEAD) FOR 8 MINUTES (LONGER IF YOU ARE DOING THIS BY HAND) SCRAPE DOUGH INTO LARGE BOWL AND COVER FOR 1 HOUR KNOCK DOWN THE DOUGH WITH YOUR HANDS AND KNEAD SLIGHTLY COVER AND LET STAND FOR 1/2 HOUR MOVE TO AREA WHERE YOU CAN WORK WITH THE DOUGH SUCH AS A COUNTERTOP OR TABLE SPRINKLE 2 OZ FLOUR ONTO SURFACE AND MOVE DOUGH ONTO FLOURED AREA AND DIVIDE INTO 4 PIECES ROLL EACH INTO 12 INCH LONG TUBES OF DOUGH AND PLACE INTO SILFORM COMPARTMENTS SPRAY WITH PAM AND COVER WITH SARAN WRAP PLACE INTO LOCATION SUCH AS AN OVEN OR LARGE PLASTIC CONTAINER WHERE DOUGH CAN RISE UNTIL ABOVE THE TOP SURFACE OF THE SILFORM MOLD.  THIS CAN BE AN OVEN WITH THE LIGHT BULB TURNED ON.  DO NOT TURN ON THE OVEN DURING THIS PROCESS.  YOU WANT AN AREA NO MORE THAN 110 DEGREES F OR LESS.  THE COOLER THE TEMPERATURE THE LONGER YOU WILL NEED TO ALLOW TO RISE. MOVE TO A 375 DEG F OVEN AND BAKE FOR 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL BROWN.   I LIKE TO POUR A CUP OF WATER INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN WHEN PUTTING THE PAN IN TO BAKE (YOU CAN PUT A PAN ON THE OVEN BOTTOM IF NECESSARY TO HOLD THE WATER).
