The PT-50-S is an economic sugarcane juice extractor that is configured into a space saving Juice Stand capable of extracting up to 0.6 gallons (2.4 Liters) of cane juice per minute from 11 pounds (4.5-kgs.) of cane. It works equally as well with sweet sorghum cane. The PT-50-S is easy to roll around with its over-sized soft rubber wheels and it locks into place when you park it. Because of its shape and size the PT-50-S easily rolls through or can be set up in doorways. It has a large see through window that gives instant access to the roller area and juice bin making cleaning a snap. The customers can easily see the juicing process which attracts sales and crowds. There is also a easily re-moveable micro-screen filter that makes sure you get good, clean juice all the time. This commercial grade Juicer is fully stainless inside and out. Even the frame! It has a built in trash bin that collects the bagasse (crushed cane) making the work area clean and tidy. The large door allows for quick and easy cleaning of the trash bin as well. The PT50-S is 42-1/2" H x 21-1/2" W x 24-1/2" D (108 x 55 x 62cm) and the weighs 200 pounds (90 kgs.) net and 235 pounds (106 kgs.) crated. The 400W electric motor in the PT-50-S can work with either 110 or 220 volts and 50 or 60 cycle electricity. Please specify which electricity you have at time of order. This rugged machine can extract juice from almost any size of sugarcane stalk without having to split the cane. However when crushing cane larger in diameter than 2-1/2" (65mm) up to 3" (75mm) we recommend upgrading the electric motor to 750W. If your cane is larger than 3" in diameter you may have to split the cane or upgrade to a larger capacity juicer.
