I guarantee it will not be DOA or your money back no questions asked. This unit powers up and upon selecting a channel, the associated light turret is powered on. One great feature of this SunOptic Light Source is that both channels can be used at the same time, with different intensity settings. The turrets support ACMI, Storz, Olympus, and Wolf. The Luxtec Headlight is new and never used and has a veriable spot focus and it swivels left to right and moves up and down. Headgear is adjustable from 6 1/2 inches up to 7 3/4 inch (approximately). It come with a brand new 6' Luxtec 45 degree fiber optic cable and a carrying case. The illumination is clear and crisp [see photos]. The adjustments work as they should, and the pads are fine.
