SuperDroid Robots Dual LS7366R Quadrature Encoder Buffer This is SuperDroid Robot's TE-183-002 encoder buffer breakout board based on US Digital's LS7366R quadrature counter IC. The LS7366R is designed to interface directly to an encoder output such as the hall-effect encoders on our IG32, IG42, and IG52 gear motors. Equipped with a SPI interface, the LS7366R makes is simple to monitor the position of the motors and total distance traveled. The LS7366R can be configured to work with a quadrature output from an encoder or a single pulse and direction from a single sensor. Depending on your encoder setup, this breakout board has a series of solder jumpers located next to the encoder input headers. To interface directly to our encoder equipped motors, the solder jumpers must be bridged to enable the required 1k-Ohm pull-up resistors for the motors. If you are interfacing with one of our optical encoders the solder jumpers must be left open. Documentation, support, and sample code can be found on SuperDroid Robot's website. - 32-bit data register and comparator - 32-bit programmable counter - Dimensions: 0.77" x 2.50" - Opperating Voltage: 3V to 5V Buy it Now..
