You are bidding on 2 (two) dual 5-way binding post assemblies from Superior Electric.  The name says it all -- these are the best you can buy.  Absolutely brand new (NOS) , everything just removed from factory packaging (see photos).  Last picture shows an assembled unit as you will receive them.  Details:      Date code: 4697      Gold plated brass parts -- #10 screw stud.      Fluted (NOT HEX) thumb nuts BLACK - BLACK (for unpolarized applications)      Low-loss Lexan insulators.       Accurate 3/4" spacing (see photos for mounting details) Ideal for "R" boxes with low resistance settings.  Use two for a 4 terminal connection -- reduces error when using low value resistance as a current shunt.  (Actually, save these for lowest series resistance applications and use cheaper binding posts for the "voltage" connections in the 4 terminal hookup.) Hint:  Coat the banana jack with lightweight full synthetic oil to reduce wear and corrosion.  Polish and then coat your banana plugs as well. Hint 2:  Come to think of it -- lightly coat all the working electrical parts with synthetic oil.
