Chicken Poultry Bird Feather Plu Chicken Plucker This is stainless steel chicken plucker which uses  specially made plucker fingers to pluck small birds fast. This machine  is highly efficient, plucking a chicken in just 30 seconds. It is a good  choice for restaurant, poultry farms and chicken supply shop to pluck  chickens, ducks, quails, doves, etc. Parameter Voltage 220v  Power  1.5KW  Barrel diameter  63cm Rotating Speed  1400/min Size  65*68*93cm (26''x27''x37'') Weight 110kg(243lbs) Feature 1. Big capacity plucking 10 chickens at one time. 2. With two wheels, thus more convenient to move. 3. Give away 20 plucking  fingers for free. 4. Packing in wooden case, thus more safe to transfer.  5. Made of 304 stainless steel, thus with more solid structure. 6. Pure-copper engine, thus more durable. Detail Operation Step 1. After the machine is fixed, you need to install a  air switch on the side of the machine. 2. After killing chickens (the wound is smaller, the better), you need  to soak the chickens into warm water (about 30 °C) to wet the feather. You'd better put some salt into the water  to avoid skin broken when plucking. 3. Put the soaked chickens into 75 °C water and have a stir with a stick to heat them up evenly. 4. Put the chicken into the barrel.  5. Turn on the air switch, add hot water when the machine starts to run.  Dirty water carrying feather will flow out.
