YOU ARE BIDDING ON SUPPORT PINS THAT FIT INTO THE PREDRILLED HOLES ON THE END BARS OF FRAMES.  THEY ARE USED TO HELP STABILIZE FOUNDATION ON THE HORIZONTAL AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR CROSS WIRING. 2 1/4 POUNDS OF PINS. THESE PINS ARE BEND SLIGHTLY BUT THAT IS THE WAY THEY ARE MADE.
