This is our flock of NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan, Swedish flower hens, no Photoshop, no photos of someone else's birds, we take pride in our flocks and breed for the american standard of perfection, and we are honest to our customers, Swedish flower hens are great layers and average an egg per day per hen, they begin to lay at the age of six months but in some cases five to seven, we hand evaluate each bird and only keep the best of the best for type, we do not choose them for thier color because this takes away from the American standard breeding. We have "crested" and "non crested", we run our non crested roo with the crested hens, and the crested roo with the non crested hens we do this to prevent vaulted skulls so if your shopping for flower hens know what you are buying to avoid problems, we take pride in poultry and teach about poultry to new flock owners. Here is the part most new to poultry people do not understand, BEWARE of adds telling you show quality blah blah blah hatching eggs...lol this is not possible people and lets be honest. When you see eggs or chicks for sale anywhere and they claim them as show birds it doesn't matter how nice the flock is, you are not getting show birds what you are buying is eggs from a show line and all this does is give you a good foundation to start with. The eggs you receive from us will be from the birds in the photos, and we guaranty you good foundation birds. NOW for our shipping process, all eggs are dated when gathered, we hand wrap each egg in saran wrap what this does is prevent evaporation because evaporation will cause incubation issues and Incubation issues lead to death or deformities, we then pack those eggs into foam shippers for maximum protection, they are then double boxed because let's face it usps can be a rough ride. All packages are labeled as fragile hatching eggs and hand stamped with baby chicks all over the box. When you receive your eggs do not panic and put them in the incubator right away instead store them at room temp "Not in the Sun" for twenty four hours big end up, this allows the air cell to reposition itself for better hatch rate. Sorry for the long winded description but we want our customers to be satisfied. And thank you for looking and remember knowledge is key. SHIPPING. "There is a 4.00 charge for packing foam this exactly what we pay for them" We do not charge a handle fee we charge materials and shipping only. We cannot guaranty Hatch Rates as we have no control over your incubation experience, but we do offer in our invoice a link to our web page where we are glad to assist you though  out your incubation and brooding process. "WE ARE HERE FOR YOU" And Strive for your Satisfaction. We will warranty any broken eggs but have not had any broken ones yet as we pack them well. our eggs are stamped with a safe sink stamp custom to our farm, this is the same ink they die chicks with and allows us proof that they are in fact our eggs, if you receive broken eggs you must send us photos of them within 48 Hours of arrival. any warranty on eggs the buyer is responsible for shipping plus a 2.00 foam shipper fee this is exactly what we pay for them and make no money on them.  Thank you for looking and Good Luck.
