AVAILABILITY This machine is generally in stock and ready to ship within 3 days of the release of funds from Paypal. The delivery time for non-stock machines is 45 to 60 days to our California Center. Call us for more information about ordering a non-stock machines. TRADE IN GUARANTEE Seller will credit 90% of the purchase price towards a bigger machine if traded in the first year. PRODUCT TESTING Call us to arrange any product cutting tests. If you send us samples of the material you will be cutting along with a die, we will perform tests with different machines and tonnage to determine the best machine for your application. We will video the tests and make available to you by you tube. There is no charge for product testing but Buyer is responsible for paying shipping both ways. WIRING Power requirement is 1P220V, 60Hz . RETURNS & REFUNDS If buyer is not satisfied with the quality of this item or chooses to return the item for any reason, Seller agrees to offer a full refund for the purchase price of the item less any restocking fee if applicable. The item will be shrink wrapped and secured to a open pallet which is 4' x 5'. Total height will be 65" In the event the buyer chooses to return this item for any reason they should purchase shipping insurance as they will be responsible for any damage which occurs during shipping. Seller will photograph all sides of the press prior to loading Seller does not have a loading dock but does have a fork lift to load the pallet. Seller's shipping department will receive trucks between 11am and 3pm Monday - Friday except for holidays. Buyer may request shipping in a wood crate for an additional 245.00 Buyer is responsible to provide seller a legible fax or pdf copy of their trucking companies BILL OF LADING 24 hours before the trucks arrival. Buyers ebay name must be on the bill of lading. Trucks can arrive for pickup between 10 and 3 monday - Friday except for holidays. DAMAGED ITEMS Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and their trucking company. The press is fully photographed at the time of shipment. RETURN SHIPPING Please include a copy of the eBay/PayPal transaction in the return box. Always send returns from the same address and contact that was used when you received the package. We require that buyer sends return packages with a required signature to verify receipt by seller. In most cases Seller can issue a refund the same day that a returned item is received however buyer is required to allow up to 3 working days for seller to verify returned contents before issuing a refund.
