This item comes with the unit, power chord, and a dust cover.  The unit gets power but makes a beeping noise.  I searched  and found it is when the device fails its start up check.  I believe it is because the arm is detached on the left side.  It seems like a relatively easy repair if you have the right size screw.  It is being sold as is and returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged.  Please ask me any questions prior to purchase.
