You have to see this machine in action!  YouTube has some good videos that show how this machine takes a base ice cream or frozen yogurt and makes a custom soft serve with frozen fruit or other "topping" mix-ins.  The machine is attached to a freezer with customer viewing window and service area on opposite side (as pictured).  The mixing machine is an auger that is pulled into the heavy mixing cone and is activated by a separate switch.  On the operator's handle is a button that allows for irrigation of the mixing cone between services.  Check it out - swirlfreeze.com! The machine in this auction is an older model that runs perfectly and has been outfitted with brand new 5" casters for ease of moving.   Also included: 1,500+ cups (8 oz); 1,000 waffle cones; 1,700 spoons; 5,000 napkins; 8 commercial food gallon tubs/lids for freezer storage; (8) 2 oz. ladles; (8) 4 oz. ladles CAN'T DO PICK UP? It weighs around 300 pounds, so shipping costs around $400 by freight (FedEx).  If you are interested in this option, you need to figure out how to work that post-purchase instead of pick up.
