Returns are calculated based on the original payment minus all shipping costs and a 15% restock fee. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned product. 2) Shipping - Ground items ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Freight items ship within 6 business days after payment has cleared. Damage - If your item arrives damaged do not sign for product.
