Sylvania Hot Air Threaded Inline Heater 063007 18,000 W 240 V 063007 Osram Sylvania threaded inline heater is a Style B design which will have slight air leakage through the power wire strands, and it can handle up to 150 psi (10 bar). This threaded inline hot air heater is designed for high pressure air applications needing a 2 1/2" NPT sized heater. This hot air heater provides a maximum process heat of 1400 degrees F by providing 1,8000 maximum watts at 240 volt power and 75.0 max. amps (Single Phase)/44 max. amps (Three Phase). The heater is 12.2" long with a 304 stainless steel housing. The recommended minimum airflow for this heater is 60 SCFH, and the maximum inlet temperature should be no higher than 900 degrees F. Commercially available lead wires are rated for 105C/218F temperatures. Used, please see pictures for exact condition. Not fully tested.
