DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING: Local pickup is normally not available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for higher-value orders. We charge flat-rate shipping, and there is no extra cost to ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO boxes, these are all fine. Shipping cost includes packaging cost including time and materials, and also includes shipping insurance (either through carrier, or self-insure); we guarantee delivery to the address you provided, or else a refund if the carrier loses the package. Smaller items will normally ship USPS and heavier items will normally ship Fedex Ground. Heavier items going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or PO boxes will ship via USPS parcel post All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items. Packages valued $250 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery. We cannot normally offer expedited or express shipping. If this is something that you crucially need, please contact us *before* bidding to see if we can do this for you. Items will normally ship within 2 business days from the date of payment clearing (but most items will ship the next business day). You can typically expect to receive your item in under a week for smaller items, or 5-9 days for larger heavier items shipping ground delivery. Combined shipping: take $3 off shipping for each auction won after the first, if the items are paid for together. FREIGHT SHIPPING: Oversized items (150+ LBs) may be picked up locally, or may be shipped freight, but scheduling the freight shipment is buyer's responsibility. Scheduling a freight shipment may be done at freightquote.com, or another freight broker or carrier, only a credit card is required. Freight shipping is from zip code 95134, commercial location, forklift available for loading, and outgoing shipments may be scheduled from 12 noon-6pm on weekdays. We can prepare the shipment for you upon request, palletizing, strapping down, and/or shrinkwrapping, there is a $25 palletizing fee. Bill of lading must be provided to us at least 24 hrs in advance of scheduling shipment, and ship-to address must match the shipping address in your Paypal payment. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International bidders, please contact us about the possibility of international shipping, prior to bidding/purchasing, not all items may be shipped internationally. International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping: shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence. International shipping cost is NEVER refundable for any reason. Please only bid if you understand this. WARRANTY: All of our Ebay items are guaranteed to arrive working normally, and they come with warranty. If there is any problem with your order we will provide a replacement item or a refund, but we ask that you return the item PROMPTLY, please try to return it within 2 weeks, and should be received by us at the very latest 30 days after when you received the package. After 30 days we cannot accept any returns, unfortunately, so please check your purchase promptly and let us know if there happens to be any issue. Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping.
