These bonus instruments fill possible holes in their basic system should they arise. There are now also 2 duplicate instruments should back-ups be required for any reason. As a result of these additions, all the instruments will no longer fit in the original Synthes case; we have added another perforated sterilization tray for the overflow, this makes it all work and keeps these fine Synthes instruments all together. These instruments are in excellent condition and perfect working order.
