This auction is for a Systematic Automation Ultraviolet Bottle Curing Machine UVSP-6 The UVSP cures cylindrical products ranging in size from ballpoint pen barrels to one-gallon containers. The machine also cures irregular, rectangular and oval shapes, with or without handles. It includes eight 6-inch diameter platens for product placement.  The maximum product diameter of 7.5" (190 mm) by 12" (304 mm) in height.  The UVSP is designed as a stand-alone unit, for semi-automatic screen printing machines or spray coating application of inks, adhesives and coatings. The UVSP can be integrated into a fully automated production line as well.  The UVSP delivers a focused beam of UV light (200, 300, or 400 watts per inch) on the product without the use of reflectors and incorporates a light baffle and Geneva drive for maximum operator protection. A constant stream of products is transported within the Spin Cure device where they are spun 360 degrees in front of the UV lamp located in the back of the machine. The UVSP is easy to operate. There is no setup or tooling required. With vacuum hold-down on each platen, different diameter products can be cured without additional cost. Due to the unique modular design of the machine, special configurations can be manufactured to meet your specific requirements without significant cost increase.
