In this human skull model the masticatory muscles (masseter, temporal, medial and lateral pterygoid muscles) are represented as elastic bands. Damaged Items If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please email us immediately, within 2 Days ofDelivery Date. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage and emailed to us within 2 days of delivery date (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company). Returns All Returns must be Authorized. Accepted AUTHORIZED returns must be received at our location within 7 days of the delivery date, in NEW & UNUSED condition. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in NEW, RESALEABLE condition. It MUST arrive UNUSED in it's original packaging, complete with ALL accessories & user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged. We will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs Please email us for the RMA # and further instructions BEFORE returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage.
