This HP 8554B Spectrum Analyzer RF Section Plug-In Module is in good to fair cosmetic condition with signs of use. This unit has scuffs and scratches present, as well as some slight staining. The main Frequency adjustment knob is very stiff to adjust. I do not have the knowledge or equipment to fully test this unit, so it is sold As-Is.
