Its one-piece construction is light-weight yet strong, x-ray transparent and adjustable. It is water resistant, buoyant for water rescue and compatible with all backboards, c-collars and extrication devices. A red head strap is included and measures 32 inch x 2 inch with a 12 inch long strip of foam padding. A white chin strap (32 inch x 2 inch) is also included. Simply roll the cylinders outward, place multi-grip under the patient’s head, roll the cylinders inward and put the straps in place.
