No shipping and handling is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax. UPS is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments. Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Shipping Returns About Us If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged).
