Please read the entire description thoroughly before bidding. I do my best to describe the item accurately and provide clear photographs. If you have any questions or would like more information please feel free to contact me. You are bidding on Tapmatic Model "A" Tapping Head. This was rescued from a retired Tool & Diemakers Kennedy Rollaway. I would estimate that it is close to thirty years old, however it appears that it has never been used. There are a few minor marks or scratches on it but they appear to be from being in storage, not from being used. The Stop Arm is still in its original plastic wrapping. The tapping head spins freely. If you rotate the knurled sleeve on the bottom of the unit the spindle with collet just below the sleeve and the arbor attachment on the top of the unit rotate freely and in the opposite direction. Just as it should.
