Taprite (Refurbished) - Dual Gauge - Carbon Dioxide or Nitrous Oxide High Pressure Regulators These are the Old Style regulators with Metal Bonnets, whereas the new style uses Plastic bonnets. The bonnet is the cone shaped part that the Pressure Adjusting screw with Lock nut  screws into and houses the diaphram. The high pressure gauge reveals the tank pressure from 0 - 1800 PSI. The secondary gauge reveals the line pressure of between 0 - 160 PSI. The pressure adjusting screw with locking nut enables the setting of a constant delivery pressure. Specifically designed for use with a "Carbonator" that requires high flow and a constant delivery pressure between 90 -120 PSI, to produce (Carbonic Acid), better known as Soda Water or Seltzer Water. This is a Primary Regulator, meaning that it attaches directly to the CO2 or N2O Cylinder. This Regulator will work with Draft or Keg Beer Systems, but is not recommended unless a step down regulator is also installed. Constant CO2 pressure of between 12 -17 PSI is critical to sustain a smooth pour and prevent loss due to foaming. This Regulator is designed for a wide range of pressures and high flow rate, which makes it a poor choice for dispensing Keg beer.

Seller Notes These are old style Taprite Brand CO2 or Nitrous Oxide Regulators that have been completely refurbished and bench tested for both accuracy of setting pressure and leak down. The brass has been polished, gauges replaced or new gauge covers installed as necessary. They are high quality, high flow regulators in excellent operating condition with all Metal Bonnets, whereas the new models are plastic.
