Up for auction - TARA Systems VBI Data Receiver II PAL/SECAM Tuner for Parts/Repair. This item is used and being auctioned as is, no other accessories included. It is in overall good condition with limited wear and tear but has not been function tested as we are not set up to do that. It will register when plugged in via USB but that is all we know, sold strictly as is.
