Target  PAC III 145 walk behind concrete saw  Forward and reverse, variable speed  Kohler Magnum 14 HP with Oil Sensor  Engine has new carb, air filter, spark plug and parts inside recoil  Parts were put on a year ago and was not used after parts were installed  Pull start, no blade.
