This is a Taylor Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, 2-flavors with a twist, pressurized, 3-phase, water-cooled, model 8757-33. These machines are used in Mcdonalds. Unfortunately I do not have 3 phase to test this item. We bought item and the company we bought it from believed it worked and since it was hardwired to the restaurant it was pulled from, it probably just needs a new plug. It looks like its in great shape and will make someone alot of money. It looks well maintained and is cleaned up and ready to go. These units usually sell for $4000-5000. Like I said I cant test it so , if it works like it should, its my loss, your gain Due to the fact that I cant fully test this machine I have to sell AS/IS but like I said, we were told it probably just needed a new plug. I will let it go for much less than what its worth. It is also very heavy but it has wheels. We unloaded it with a forklift which worked good. So I can help load it here if I need to. I would be happy to show you the machine if you would like to look at it.
