My family has a restaurant equipment/kitchen supply business since 1981. We sell new and used and mostly cater to the local market. More recently, we have posted used items on Ebay for sale. This is a heavy duty ventless convection oven from Taylor Mfg. We got it on a trade a few years ago. The unit has been tested and is fully functional. The 208Volt models such as this one, get up to temperature very quickly and because of this, produce a crispy-baked product. It can be used for frozen or fresh products. These units do not require an overheard exhaust system making them ideal for convenience stores or small taverns. This model has a four tier rotating carousel and each pan is 9" in diameter. With the purchase of this oven, I will include 4 additional pans and 2 additional racks. The footprint of this oven is 16.5" x 28.125". The height is 29.125". When in use, this oven will use 14.5 amps and should be put on a dedicated 20amp circuit. This unit will ship truck to any commercial location. The crated weight is around 140lbs.
