Serial number: J9054252, Horizon model, which means it is a newer model with the new style pump that is much easier to clean, saves you about 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes for each cleaning. Comes with 2 - 220v power cords, 30 amps. each. This machine serves 2 flavors plus a twist, it is Taylor's highest volume machine, rated at approx. 22 gallons of ice cream per hour. This is for a high volume location. Has a STANDBY switch so you don't have to clean it every night. This machine will serve those lines of customers during your busiest hours. It also adds air to your mix so you have a smoother tasting product and it will also help reduce your product cost with the additional air. This is the machine most professional ice cream shops use because of their high volume output and their smoother tasting ice cream.
