You are bidding on a used Taylor QS23 Clamshell Grill. I bought it new and used it in my hamburger restaurant for 22 months. It was working perfectly when I took it out of service. I have noticed that the gas filled struts that hold the clam up on the left side have leaked down. You will have to replace them. The left side is grooved and the right side is smooth. The unit is programmable, the heating surfaces are independently adjustable and, the cooking height of the clams are adjustable. THIS UNIT USES 3 PHASE POWER. A long power cord and plug are included. You will have to supply the wall outlet. It is on casters and is easily moved for cleaning. A custom stainless steel tool caddy is included. The upper heating surfaces are protected by non-stick Teflon sheets which are available from your Taylor dealer. This is a sophisticated piece of equipment and I highly recommend that you have a qualified Taylor dealer put the unit into service and train you on its use. This grill weighs over five hundred pounds. Local pickup is available and RECOMMENDED. If you desire shipping, you will have to make all arrangements yourself. I will work with your, shipper to help get it out of storage. Check the price of a new one and you will love this price. This grill cooks up to sixteen 1/3 pound hamburgers from raw at 34 degrees to well done in about 120 seconds. It's super powerful. If you need a grill of this class, don't miss out on this one.
