If you have an Eartec body pack, or two way walkie talkie style comms, which use the single 3.5mm plug... these are very good, ever in really loud environments, like sporting events and concerts. These sell for nearly $300 each new. If you don't mind a little normal wear, you could save a bunch of money. They were working perfectly when taken out of service. We've switched to a full wireless system (easier for us to snake through the crowds at the packed events)... otherwise, we'd still be using these. The Eartec ProLine Double-Ear Headset is a popular "pro-audio" headset that is widely used in the television and video production industries, where there is often a lot of ambient noise, which these help block and cancel. You can seriously wear the ProLine in comfort for hours. They have a wide, cushioned headband and deluxe foam ear cushions, which you forget are even there. You can 'hide' the cord down your shirt or jacket, to the 'belt pack' which makes it pretty convienient (but not quite as great as the fully wireless $700 Comstar System Double Headsets, which are for communications in the loudest type of environments). This headset is for use with TD-900 systems.
