Here we have a nice used Technogel Mixtronic 60 (Pasteurizer/Emulsifier) for sale. 3 phase electric, water cooled. Works perfectly. Very simply designed for easy use and easy cleaning. Why pay over $35,000 new? If you are looking to make high-quality gelato and ice cream then this is the machine for you. This machine can easily pay for itself within one season and allow you to make your Gelato from scratch, saving thousands of dollars over using mix. This is widely considered to be the best pasteurizer in the industry for several reasons. Whereas most have a small cavity/pump system, the Mixtronic 60 has a stainless steel tank with heating & cooling coils wrapped around it which heat & cool your batch more efficiently, and has a propeller-driven emulsifier on the floor of the tank. This means a more gently-prepared product which means a better product, compared to competing models which have a pump-driven cavity and imo will give a "shock" to your batch. I have been the only person to use this machine and it has been very lightly & gently used. As you can see it is still hooked up, not sitting in a warehouse. We opened our gelato biz as a compliment to our main business, for the summer months only, running just a handful of batches per each season. Last year we did not open and have decided our focus will be elsewhere this season also. Hate to sell but there is no point in keeping as I just am not using right now. *As with all of these, the metal latch fell off of the lid cover. You need to simply set a piece of metal over the sensor and it will operate just fine, or you can order their new re-designed lid. **I noticed there is another technogel for sale but the back fuse buttons appear to be missing and the back panel looks hacked. These are very important. This machine has everything as it should from the factory, all fuse buttons and they work properly.
