This item has some wear marks, scratches, and scuffs, and a damaged "volts" button that is clearly visible in the images provided. We were able to test and power on this product; however, the screen appears to be fuzzy, and we tried to fine-tune the line but it did not shrink much. Additionally, the top panel did not show any signs of functionality. Therefore, we can only guarantee that this unit is fully functional as mentioned above, and we cannot guarantee its complete functionality.
