Tektronix 492A Spectrum Analyzer 50 kHz to 21 GHz Frequency Range ( to 325 GHz with mixers not included) 50 Ohm Input Synthesized Operation Digital Storage Marker/ Delta Marker 110 V to 240 V Operation * ONLY 1000 HOURS OF USE ON THE ELAPSED TIME METER * The elapsed time meter works by depositing copper in a capillary tube at a constant rate with time on of the analyzer. Tek puts about 150 hours on during manufacturing and testing, so this analyzer has very low hours of use. This analyzer has one of the lowest hours of use that I have come across in my years of working on these units. The last pic shows the meter and amount of usage. Each minor graduation is 500 hours on. This is an excellent spectrum analyzer. I have completely re-conditioned it. My re-conditioning includes checking the RF deck for proper operation and signal loss then replacing any parts that are not functioning properly. I check the operation of all the circuit modules and replace any that are defective. I re-capped the high voltage power supplies. I calibrated all the circuit modules and run the cal routine to make sure all pass. This analyzer is in such excellent condition I did't have to paint the case or facia. Comes with the manuals on CD and power cord. If you need a front cover or DC block for the analyzer I do have them for sale, let me know if you want prices.Take a close look at this analyzer, you won't find a nicer Tek 492A anywhere.
