Tektronix 6201 900 MHz active FET Probe kit with CT2 Current Transformer and matching Tektronix 1101A Power Supply You are bidding on a Tektronix 6201 900 MHz active FET Probe kit with matching Tektronix 1101A Power Supply. The kit includes the 6201 Probe with Voltage and CT2 current probe heads, the 1101A probe power supply, the active module, 100X and 10X voltage probe tips, a number of probe tip adapters for accessing IC pins and other small conductors. I have provided pictures for you to make your own judgment on the condition of this item. I will describe the item as best as I can based on visual inspection and my knowledge of the item. The item is "Sold as Is" so if you have any questions about the item or would like additional information please email at least 48 hours prior to end of auction. -Cosmetically everything appears to be in excellent condition with only minor imperfections a I have tested it with an HP signal generator and Tek Oscilloscope and the output is clean and working as it should producing a good waveform.
