Vintage TEK Type 453 Dual Channel Oscilloscope with Delay Triggering for Sale This TEK Type 453 oscilloscope is a vintage piece that is up for sale. It is in pristine condition without any dust or dirt. It is noteworthy that the safety ground pin off the AC plug has been cut off. Thus, it is essential that the pin is repaired before testing. Nevertheless, I must say that I plugged it in, and it came alive without any trouble. The fan works correctly, and the graticule and display are crisp and bright. The CRT does not have many operational hours. We aim to ensure that your purchase is safe, and we will provide plenty of foam and packing to ensure that the shipment is not damaged. Please feel free to shoot me any questions or concerns you might have. It shows signs of wear and tear, with a few scrapes on the casing. However, considering its age, it is not so bad a condition. I connected an internal square wave calibration signal jumper cable, and it displayed without a glitch on both channels. Nonetheless, a few pots might need some extra cleaning if the scope will be used regularly. At times, they can be scratchy. Overall, it is 100% functional. As it is a vintage scope, which has not been entirely tested, it is being sold AS-IS with no returns. I am open to providing additional images if needed.
