I do NOT want to remove the marked for fear of damaging the front panel. All buttons, knobs, and switches are good and intact. The serial # is B052320. It works with 120 & 240 volts in a TM 5006 module power supply. We always re-check the item before we ship it. This makes sure the item is working when it left my shop. No options are marked.
