This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. The function buttons are in good working condition and all words and numbers are visible. Please refer to the pictures provided for more details on the condition of the item. We were able to plug the DMM into a Tektronix chassis and power it on. We then hooked it up to a AC power supply and it read the same voltage as our known good multimeter. We were not able to test the other functions, because of this we must sell this item AS-IS! We have multiples of this item. The item shown in the photos may not be the exact one that you receive. However, we guarantee that it will be in the same condition as what is stated in the description. We are unable to test this unit beyond what is stated above. This item was purchased from surplus. Given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is. We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described.
