The Tektronix FG502 Function Generator Plug-In boasts a 30-day warranty and a variety of waveform options, including low distortion sine waves, square waves, triangles, positive and negative pulse and ramp waveforms. It also features a frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 11 MHz, as well as a voltage controlled frequency (VCF) that controls the output frequency from an external source. A +2.5 V square wave trigger is available at the front panel, along with a variable DC offset of ±5 V. Additionally, it is designed to operate in a TM500-Series power module (which is sold separately).
