Voltage output, voltage and current meters, current overload protection, are all working properly. The buyer will receive exactly the same unit shown in the pictures. The serial number is shown in the pictures. Cosmetic issue: On the front panel, beside the binding posts, there is a small rectangular area with some de-coloration, shown in the pictures. It was because I removed an adhesive tag from there.AC Input 120 Vac Options & Accessories Power cord is not included.
