                               Tektronix/Sony  AFG2020 250MS/s Arbitrary Function Generator Pulled From Working LAB - With Power Cable OEMXS002 # 1109162 Note:  No Manual Or Probes. Has Option 02,. Passes Self Test. Customer is responsible for calibration if needed.  The Tektronix AFG2020 is an excellent function generator with additional arbitrary waveform capabilities built in. The unit uses Direct Digital Synthesis to create extremely pure standard sine, square, ramp and trianagle signals at higher frequencies. The AFG2020 has PSK, FSK, AM, FM, and Offset modulation and sweep built in. 2 instruments in one package at a value price for users who demand more from their test equipment budget. Specifications: Standard High Res Monitor w/ GUI Vertical Resolution: 12-Bit (1/4096) Resolution Clock: 250 MHz, 1 ppm Accuracy, 0.5 Hz (10 digits) 16 arb waveforms w/ 1K record lengths Standard Waveforms: Sinewave; Square; Triangle; Ramp; Pulse Internal AM, FM, PSK, and FSK modulation External AM modulation Standard linear/log sweep Trigger delay (700 ns to 100 s) Direct DSO waveform transfers without controller 2nd channel with fully independent execution (Option 02)                                                                       N/A
