TEKTRONIX TCPA300 PROBE AMPLIFIER *Call (760) 806-6600 to RENT this item* DESCRIPTION The Tektronix TCPA300 Current Probe Amplifier is designed to be used with Tektronix TCP312, TCP305, or TCP303 Probes and to seamlessly integrate with the Tektronix TDS Series Oscilloscopes. When used with these probes, the Tektronix TCPA300 Current Probe Amplifier provides a wide range of current measurement capabilities and spans the gap between low level milliamp measurements to very high current levels making current measurement and calculations simple and easy.
