TDS 540A, 500 MHz Bandwidth; 1GS/s Sample Rate; 4 Input Channels; GPIB and VGA I/O Ports Option 1M (Record lengths to 50,000 points ) Unit powers on and passes all self-tests and self-calibration diagnostics. Unit with power cord only, no other accessories. The monitor has been replaced with a 7-inch LCD screen ($200 value). All the SMD electrolytic capacitors on Acq, front panel, and main board have been replaced (TDS 400, 500, and 600 series oscilloscope often have electrolytic capacitors leaked at this age.
