Tektronix TDS784D 1 GHz, 4 GSa/s, 4-Ch DPO-Color-Oscilloscope Options: 05 13 1F HD 2M 2F 2C DPO - Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope with a GREAT BANDWITH OF 1 GHz !! Manufactured: 1998 *** The unit is in good working and physical condition with only little signs of wear. *** The oscilloscope passes all of the extended self tests from the utility menu and calibration routines including signal path compensation SPC ( numerous times to be sure ), and is working perfectly on all 4 channels. - The CRT-display is in high quality (brightness and focus). - I have replaced the two internal battery backuped NVRAM with new DALLAS DS1250Y and DS1486. Programmed with the actual calibration datas. And these NVRAM now are placed in new mounted sockets for an easy later replacement (see last picture). - Important: The ON/OFF-button must be a little bit hard pressed for his functionality, but is in good condition. >> This unit has NOT been calibrated recently . But please refer to the pictures. I tested the really well accuracies of frequencies and signal-levels up to 1 GHz. I am able to test the basic functions but not all the very numerous great functions. So I am selling it in "AS-IS" condition. Included Options: 05 - Video Trigger (was also checked as you see in a picture) 13 - RS232/Centronics Hardcopy Interface Port 1F - Floppy Disk Drive HD - Hard Drive 2M - Add 2M/channel memory length (8M max), includes internal hard disk drive 2F - Extended waveform math: FFT(Fast Fourier Transform), integration, differetiation 2C - Communication Signal Analyzer, incl. comm trig. and communication mask testing With VGA-Output, RS232, Centronics and GPIB-Bus.
