It does not pass the strobe Freerun or Cal strobes/TI of its internal test level diagnostics. It does not pass the Strobe gen on its area level self tests. The system passes all of the rest of its internal diagnostics. The oscilloscope powers on and boots up. The buttons and knobs are functional. The screen displays clearly and it is responsive to touch. Cosmetic Condition: The oscilloscope is in good cosmetic condition.
