Quantity one, Tektronix (Tek) Low Profile Right Angle Mictor Probe Extender, part number 010-0612-00. Essential for probing locations inside card cages. Allows access to Mictor sockets on circuit boards that are sandwiched by other boards. This can be used by any Hewlett Packard (HP) or Agilent logic analyzer Mictor probe. Both HP/Agilent and Tektronix use identical signal to Mictor socket pin mapping. At one point in time Tekronix numbered the pins differently but they later changed the numbering to match that used by the Mictor socket manufacturer. Regardless of how Tektronix numbered the socket pins the signals are routed to (Data 15, Clock, etc.) the same locations on the socket used by HP/Agilent. The probe in the picture is for illustration purposes only - it is not included. Check out my other items!
