Tektronix TDS520C 500 MHz Oscilloscope The Tektronix TD520C Oscilloscope is a dual-channel 500 MHz bandwidth, 1 GSa/sec digital storage oscilloscope. It features Tek's InstaVu button, which allows easy acquisition and persistant display of hard-to-spot glitches and other transient events. This scope includes Option 13 (Centronics and RS-232 printer ports), and Option 1F (DSP math functions). It also features an IEEE 488 / GPIB interface, and 3.5" 1.44 MB floppy disk drive.
