We do stand behind the products we sell. However, we do not work with the OEM manufacturers and do not provide their warranties. 4. Generally, the item pictured is the item that actually will end up in your hands. As our listings state, any given sale will include “the item(s) pictured”. If you do not see the item, component, etc., it is not included. We work hard to catalog each item individually and ensure the pictures shown represent the item(s) being sold. The item pictured is generally the exact item for sale. We largely deal with idle industrial supply. Sometimes, OEM boxes have minor wear and tear from sitting on a shelf, being moved, etc. Unless otherwise specified, all items include a ‘ non-DOA’ (dead/non-operable on delivery) warranty. We allow our customers are 14-day window (begining on the date of delivery) to inspect the product. If required, additional warranty terms must be agreed to before sale.
