You are looking at a military airborne FM transmitter for the 12-12.7GHz range made by TelGaAs, Inc. in MO. Never used, excellent shape. I have no datasheet but after opening one unit it seems fairly easy to make it work. Beautifully built, has two PLL loops, a main one DRO on 11.3GHz controlled by a SEI-1618 fractional-N synthesizer chip and a second (modulation) loop controlled by an LMX2320 chip. The modulation loop has very high bandwidth and should be perfectly useable with video or high speed data. (No internal u-controller, both chips data/clock are directly wired to the connector so the frequency can be externally set with a very fine step size) Both get up-mixed to 12-12.7GHz, filtered and amplified. Has a built-in isolator at the output. The connections to the plug can thus be easily identified and datasheet of the PLL chips is available freely on the web. Sold here for a minuscule fraction of what this ultra hi-tech current production equipment is worth.
