This listing is for one PCI-8430/4, High-Performance, 4-Port RS232 Serial Interface for PCI, with 4 new cable adapters and opened NI Serial drivers/software disk. The board has been fully tested including handshake lines using external loopback adapter on each port. The board also passes all NI-Serial utility self tests. The board has assy # 188829A-01. All items for sale in this listing are those shown in photos. From NI- The NI PCI-8430/4 RS232 is a high-performance, 4-port serial interface for high-speed communication with RS232 devices at rates of up to 1 Mbit/s. High-performance RS232 interfaces are also available in 2-, 8-, and 16-port versions. The PCI-8430/4 offers flexible baud rates for data transmissions between 57 bit/s and 1 Mbit/s to within 1 percent accuracy for nonstandard baud rates and 0.01 percent accuracy for standard baud rates. With the high-performance DMA engine, you achieve high throughput with minimal CPU usage. With hyperthreading and multiprocessor support, you can take advantage of the latest PC technology for higher speeds and better efficiency.   The PCI-8430/4 board with cables and software will be well packaged and sent in outer box, by USPS Priority Mail, insured, signature required. The tracking # will be entered into ebay and paypal after shipment.

Seller Notes “Used National Instruments (NI) PCI-8430/4 4-port RS232 board, fully tested, in very good condition, with minor cosmetic wear that does not affect function or performance. Includes new set of four cable adapters, providing a male DB9 connector for each port (as shown). Also, NI Serial drivers/software is included- this disk sleeve has been opened but is in good usable condition. The board is in original packaging, included ESD shield bag with labeling for PCI-8430/4 board. The outer box is damaged where markings/non-oem labeling was removed.”
